What is an AI kiss video?
An AI kiss video is a short video of two people kissing that an AI model generates from ordinary photos of them, rather than from footage of a real kiss. On TryKiss AI it is made from one photo of each person, or one photo of the two of them, placed in a chosen kiss scene, and it runs 5 to 30 seconds with sound. It is a generated moment, not a recording.
The definition in one paragraph
An AI kiss video (also called an AI kissing video, a kiss AI clip or an AI kiss animation) is a short, synthetic video in which two people from your photos lean in and kiss. The input is one or two still images; the output is a short MP4 clip. The faces come from your photos, while the setting, the pose, the lighting and the movement are generated. Because it is generated, two runs with the same photos never come out identical, and the result can be close to the people in the photos without being an exact copy.
How an AI kiss video is made
Most generators, TryKiss AI included, work in two passes. The first pass composes a still: both faces are read from the photos and placed in the scene a moment before the kiss. The second pass animates that still into motion and adds sound. Splitting the job this way is what lets you check the faces cheaply before paying for the video.
Reading the photos
The model takes one face from each photo, or both faces from a single couple photo. Clear, front-facing, evenly lit faces give it the most to work with.
Composing the scene
A preset scene (a rainy street, a movie theater, an elevator) or a one-sentence description sets the place, the framing and the pose. The two people are placed face to face, close but not yet kissing.
Animating the kiss
The still becomes a short clip: the two lean in, kiss, and the camera moves slightly. Sound is added so the clip is ready to send as it is.
What you need to make one
Three things, none of them technical.
- One photo of each person with only that person in it, or one photo of the two of them together.
- A kiss scene: either one of the 13 presets or a sentence describing where you are and what the light is like.
- A free account. New accounts on TryKiss AI get 30 credits, which is exactly one 5-second video at the default quality, or six kiss photos.
How long it is, and what it looks like
The numbers people ask about most, as they stand on TryKiss AI today. Other tools differ, so check the page of whichever generator you use.
| Quality | Length, sound and resolution | Credits |
|---|---|---|
| Lite (default) | 5, 10 or 15 seconds, with sound, 480p or 720p | From 30 |
| Plus | 5, 10 or 15 seconds, with sound, more lifelike motion, 480p or 720p | From 60 |
| Pro | 5, 10 or 15 seconds, with sound, the most detailed motion, up to 1080p | From 70 |
| Max | 30 seconds, with sound, for a longer scene, 480p, 720p or 1080p | From 580 |
Each "From" price is the shortest clip at 480p; longer clips and higher resolutions cost more, and the exact price is shown before you start. A kiss photo, the still from the first pass on its own, costs 5 credits at any quality.
What it costs
Credits are bought once and never renew. The first video, 5 seconds at the default quality, is covered by the 30 credits a new account gets. After that, 125 credits cost $4.99 (about four 5-second Lite videos), 600 cost $19.99 (about twenty) and 3,500 cost $99.99 (about 116). Longer clips use more: a 30-second Max video starts at 580 credits. Purchased credits last 90 days. There is no watermark on videos made with free credits.
Is it safe, and whose photos can you use
The technology is the same one behind deepfakes, so the rules matter more than the model. On TryKiss AI generation is limited to adults, the kiss stays romantic rather than explicit, and you may only upload photos you have the right to use, of people who agreed. A kiss video of an ex, a coworker, a stranger or a celebrity made without their consent is prohibited and gets the account banned.
- Uploaded photos are deleted as soon as the job finishes, fails or is cancelled.
- Finished videos are kept for 7 days so you can download them, then deleted.
- Nothing you upload or generate appears on public pages or in AI training data.
What an AI kiss video cannot do
Knowing the limits saves credits.
- It will not reproduce a kiss photo you already made frame for frame. The video is composed again from the source photos, so it will not match the still exactly.
- It does not animate a video you already have; the input is photos.
- It does not export a GIF. The download is an MP4, which plays in most chat apps and stories; a converter can turn it into a GIF if you need one.
- Faces can drift when the source photos are blurry, filtered, side-on or partly covered. Swapping the photo fixes more than retrying.
