Credit Questions
How many credits does each generation use?
A kiss photo made from two solo photos or one couple photo costs 5 credits, and so does a still image from the Love Generator. A kiss video costs 25 credits: it builds the scene image and the 5–7 second clip in one step.
What happens to the photos I upload?
Uploads sit in private storage and are reached only through short-lived signed links. Original photos are deleted once a task completes, fails, is canceled, or times out, and unused uploads are cleared within 24 hours. Results are kept for 7 days, then deleted automatically, so download anything you want to keep.
Do credits expire?
Yes. Credits from a purchased pack are valid for 90 days after purchase. The 30 free credits you get after verifying your email or signing in with Google are valid for 30 days.
What if a result doesn't look right?
Results vary from run to run, so a scene can take a few attempts. To waste fewer credits, use sharp, well-lit photos, preview a 5-credit kiss photo first, and make the 25-credit video from the same photos once the look is right.
